$22 to $28 per hour based on experience, certifications, and licenses.
- Adhering to strict safety standards
- Reads electrical and mechanical blueprints
- Follows proper schematics of wiring diagrams
- Test the operation of fire protection systems
- Install, repair, or make additions to fire protection systems
- Fill out detailed inspection reports
- Positive customer interaction
- Automatic fire sprinkler systems
- Portable fire extinguishers
- Kitchen exhaust hood fire suppression systems
- Fire alarm systems
- Fire suppression systems
- HS diploma or equivalent
- Demonstrated mechanical aptitude
- Ability to read blueprints and schematic drawings
- Ability to operate hand and power tools
- Ability to communicate effectively and provide excellent customer service
- Work independently

- Must be able to work outdoors in inclement weather, climb ladders without assistance, work in confined spaces and work at heights greater than 4-6 feet
- Must have good manual dexterity
- Must have the ability to sustain prolonged physical or mental effort
- Ability to adapt quickly
- Valid drivers license and acceptable driving record
